i think this is going to far,what's to stop someone unhappy with their mate from more or less setting them up for this sort of thing,seems like entrapment.

i don't think it should be considered rape if someone agrees to sex and then changes their mind. i think you should have to stop, but i don't think you should be charged with rape. rape is a crime of violence and power, not an arguement in semantics. you are going to ruin someones life because they didn't stop in the middle of an act that the other person agreed to in the first place?

I agree with the both of you. Also, I'd imagine that it would be somewhat confusing to the guy, if in the middle of sex, which the girl consented to, she would suddenly say "no." Its my understanding that the boy would have to stop immediately in order to not be charged with rape, and I doubt that anyone would stop "immediately" in this situation, because of the confusion.

it would be messed up to get convicted of breaking this law then get sent to the booty house and get raped for real.

if someone says "yes" to sex, and you pound away and they say "no" halfway through, I think you should stop, I think it should be a rape, I mean, if they keep pounding away after you say no, what are you supposed to do, but if you say yes, and then change your mind halfway through, and they immediatly stop, you shouldnt be able to claim rape...its an odd situation, i think there should be a penalty for continuing, but call it something like second degree rape or something...not full blown, but still punishment

There's no way this law can be applied in a normal manner. If I'm banging a girl, after she said yeah, then she said no, and I stopped, she could still claim that I kept going. Or if she never said no, she could say she did. There's going to be hundreds of these cases from jealous ex's and what not.

i agree with brandnewdream. it would be your word against the girls and they would normally side with the girl in this sorta situation.
