I personally think Panic! and academy is are the worst fucking bands of all time. They took this whole "emo" thing and just....it's ridiculous. Their music is awful, no complexity to it, terrible melodies, awful lyrics, stupid songwriting in general.

I somehow got my hands on one of their albums, and it's so, so terrible. It sounds like they were a 80's hair metal parody band. (The album was from 1997!) But they were for real. The singer sounds like the guy from AC/DC on helium, hahaha. Lyrics were cheesy as shit. And not just like Warrant "In walks her Daddy standin' six foot four, he said 'you ain't gonna swing with my daughter no more' " style cheesy. Here's a lyric sample...

Led Zeppelin is one of the most amazing bands of all time, and deserve any obsessive credit they do get. They shaped music 40 years ago. If not for them, music just wouldn't be the same today.

And that goes for bands like Pink Floyd and Black Sabbath, who took on Metal and Pysechidelic/ experimental rock.

I think that Deep Purple made more of an impact in revolutionizing music(IE playing some of the first heavy music) than Led Zepplin just Led Zepplin did a better job at composing music. Deep Purple is the root of punk/metal.

Wow theres so many nowadays, I could say the obvious...Creed, Nickleback, Staind,Puddle of Mudd, Seether, Hinder, Evanesence, 99.2% of 80's hair metal... but Im going to mention a couple that are more popular on this website...


Aiden (I think Lunchforthesky mentioned them), more so for the whole vampire bit they put on, but their music is god awful and shallow enough for them to qualify.

Job For A Cowboy...someone convince me, give me a reason why this band isnt just really loud disorganized noise. By anyones standards or taste, I cant imagine anyone that sees an honest appeal in them.

As a band, like the twins, they arent that good at guitar, but Max played everything on all their records or atleast he wrote and composed the music, so Max is a good musician.
