How do you imagine a post-revolutionary society would be organized?
Well, the result of my revolution would be the abolishment of all forms of authority. This would mean that democracy would be abolished, which would mean that division of labor would be abolished, which would mean that technology would be abolished, etc. Ideally, there would be no division between work and play, and humans would be so connected to the real world that symbolic expression would not be necessary and would only hinder the human experience.

there is no way to have a society that works with no authority whatsoever, even in a tribal setting where there are no written laws there is still authority and a group of people in control.
it's the human ability to organize and get together to solve our problems that makes a society in the first place.
in a perfect world though i think we'd get rid of money and everybody would help eachother out when they need help.
but we are far from a perfect world somebody, always wants to have the most even when it's not in the best interests of society.
the revolutions throughout history have mostly betrayed themselves so i think in a post revolution world, we'd pretty much end up right back in the place we started,so it's best to work with what we are now, and improve what we can.

So, audioboxes, in other words...you would REGRESS humanity as far back into the stone age as possible?
HOW FUN!
I hope I live to see such bliss!
Nobody should hold their breath for a revolution, people are too pacified.
Me included, I need my MTV and my PS2.

i have thought about it, and it will be a State of Nature, read Locke, Hobbes, or Neitchze...it isn't going to be some socialist paradise i can tell you that. it will be survival of the fittest.

Do you really think that humans could live peacefully without authority? No, someone would take advantage of the opportunity to become powerful and establish his/her own form of rule, thus creaing authority.
If I lived in the society that you speak I would never go to work, I would sit on my ass all day and never go to work. I am sure alot of other people would do this too. As yeat (what is your name by the way?), we wouldn't have water and eletricity and would undo ages of work to establish our society.
The very idea is absured. And your other thread doesn't have shit to do with this one.
Sincerely,
Thomas

See my views go deeper than what you guys are making out of it. Remember I am going into college for a Political Science Degree, I gotta study shit like this every day. I have dont almost 2 years of research just to come to my conclusion which is still not perfect

I am sure all the politicians in the U.S. have taken that class also. You don't see them pulling bullshit theories out of their ass? Well some do..... but not as insane as yours.
