It's a good album, but it's just not hard enough. They need some heavier guitar riffs and more breakdowns. It reminds me too much of Open Hand, which isn't a good thing.

And I was really surprised to find it at Best Buy.

Awesome band...I should check out Best Buy more often, I never knew they carried good CD's

Massive bump, for an awesome album. "Aimless Endeavor" always sounds so good.

I disagree with you, I am not a huge hardcore fan and I find that they had the perfect mix between being melodic and not being somewhat heavy. Such a shame they broke up after only one record, because they had so much potential. Especially considering that they broke up because the drummer wanted to stay at home and then he changed his mind a few years later to tour again full time in other bands.

Always thought this band/album sucked. Saw them back in 03 with A Static Lullaby, they were decent enough live. Fuck I'm old.

Yeah, I saw them on a tour with Haste The Day, Underoath, Norma Jean, & Dead Poetic. Great tour, honestly (at that time).

Ya, the tour I saw them on wasn't so great haha. Literally was across the street from my house though.

People went off for them, I just always thought their sound was unbalanced. Just didn't work for me.

I can see that. It was a hometown show for Haste, so they almost blew out Norma Jean.

Loved this years ago. Now...not so much. Still has some cool tracks though.
