Plain, but I kinda like it
Anyone know when the album hits shelves?
May 15. The new single "Into Oblivion" was just streamed on Radio One but I missed it. Damn.

Eurgh! Enough with these vintage-distressed-old-mock photo album covers. It just looks like another take on MR's 'Stories & Alibis' it's just lazy unoriginal design. Rant over.

is it just me.. or is this concept idea a bit worrying?
such an awesome band tho.
Hope the songs dont turn out crap cos they were trying to work them around a very odd concept.
The album cover is dullllllllll. I love the cover for 'Hours' and never forget to point out that its one of my favourite albums in the world when walkin past it in the store. haha
and also. 10 tracks? there sure as hell better be a special edition

no. the first single is into oblivion.
and iv just heard it.
its far from heavy and far from casually dressed.
sounded much more hours.
i did like it though
cant wait to get my hands on it proper.
if u want to hear it go to www.bbc.co.uk/radio1
listen again to zane lows monday show and skip it to 15 mins.
until theres a rip of it of course =p

just heard it also. i'd say this song is even a notch down from hours. i dunno what to think about the songs i've heard off this album so far. when i first heard hours, it hit me like a ton of bricks. so far i haven't been overly impressed.

it sounds like a good opening track..
as long as its followed up with something heavier and harder
its very radio friendly,
but ffaf have often choses the lighter songs for release to raise profile.
Heres hoping

i really hope your right but after reading the blog about the album, im starting to wonder. descriptions of songs include 'grooviest', 'eastern & exotic', songs with Oasis or Van Halen vibes, '80s sounding' and a song with a 27 piece orchestra. i dunnoooo...
