free music by good unknown, or at least to a lot of people, bands, what can be wrong?

well i think if itunes is going to give one free thing a week to their customers who spend one dollar a song it could be a little better.

I guess- they probably also pay less for them, and sometimes they're good

I did- but the last time I checked I couldn't buy songs (I'm using my sister's account)- I'm going to try to fix that (ask her for help)

i personally think this wee's realy sucks. most people on itunes seems to hate it or love it. iono, i feel mixed.

Itunes sucks as a whole. So I don't know. At least they're giving something back to the people they're scamming.

i agree. i wish there was a real legal way to download music without going broke.

On the bad websites where i steal music from.
yup i used too but a life of musical crime is not the life for me. it makes me feel so guilty for some reason.

the only good free download i got was mutemath's, which i already had the cd but i downloaded it to help with numbers.

i agree. i wish there was a real legal way to download music without going broke.
bearshare. 7 bucks a month. the only problem is, the music comes with licensing on it, so you have to use a program to strip them before you can put the songs on a cd or anything

plus i hav a mac which im guessing means it doesnt work for me.
and yea that kinda sucks.. i got to change my m4ps and such to mp3s before putting it on garageband, and sometimes i got to use a program.

also, if your a college student, ruckus.com is free and legal, but again the licensing is a slight problem for some
Australian iTunes has different free download of the weeks. Mostly Australian bands, but not just limited to that. They are pretty awful, most of them. i can't download anything off the US iTunes. Just view it. The Australian one has way less variety. But it's getting better.
