Someone help?

I keep getting this when trying to login to my other username, cuz this one is my friend's old one and he doesn't use it anymore....i want back on mine (even though it has barely any posts)...but i try to post or something and i keep recieving this error:

i already have posts on it and it's been a member since april, so i don't see how it would be awaiting activation?

do you have to abspunk browsers open? if you do close one. if you dont close the one you do. start back over by going to absolutepunk.net and all that then click login and login.

yeah, tried that. and i know what i'm doing...i've even restarted my computer and i knew it wouldn't make it work but i did it for the hell of it and STILL, no.

hmm for some reason i think this is a server-side problem..like somehow my username got unactivated..because i've never had problems like this and i really doubt it'd be IE...although if no one comes up with another solution i may just have to try this avant thing out.

after you hit 'login' on the log-in page, does another temporary page pop up that says "thank you for logging in, ________ (click here if you do not want to wait any longer or if the page doesn't automatically forward you)"?

alright. the fucker does the same thing to me. as soon as you hit login and the temporary page shows up, you HAVE to click on the part that says "click here if you don't want to wait any longer or etc., etc." . whenever i'm not paying attention and i don't click on it, it just takes me right back to the login page. it's a pain in the ass, but there's no way to get around it that i've found.




so there's the solution to your problem. i'm a fucking genius. and i'm aware of that already. no need for thanks or praise.
