Unless two bands perform the exact same song, how can you properly compare one group to the next? As much as bands fall into the same category, have past members from an older band, etc, you cannot say one band is "better" then the other unless you are basing it on your own personal taste alone.

i just constantly see people saying this bands better then that band and they really have nothing to base it on than their personal taste... every band that has even one fan must have something that the public wants... if people want to listen/watch you perform, then you must have some kind of talent

You should be smart enough to know to add that "I think that..." before every sentence, we shouldn't have to be required to do that.

i would have made this point, but usually people get pissed about you telling them who they should or shouldn't like. music is basically opinion, and that's how it should be :]
