No idea what you're talking about. Bands that excessively use autotune epitomize everything that is good about music.
Get off this site, h8er.

there's plenty of awesome stuff happening in music right now...but also a much larger variety of crap to sort through than ever before. it's a shame that anyone trying to follow the music fed to them through AP will most certainly remain stuck wading through the endless garbage..

What a complete sellout of a call! So let me get this right, having a machine in place of talent is making the music business better? Wow what a simplistic view... Kurt Cobain, Eddie Vedder, Bob Dylan, really any type of band/musician that actually stood for something, didn't need autotune! Not like Britney, Christina etc... Ps and my comment wasn't simply stating there is NOTHING good out there! There are plenty of great bands but hacks and sellouts just seem to be more prominent these days...

speaking of generalizations...since when did the date of membership indicate the actual length of time spent viewing it?

music still has dignity and passion dude.....you just gotta know where to look.

And really, complaining of about autotune is pretty lame. Do you really think if Pro Tools and digital tracking were around in the '70s that bands wouldn't have used it b/c of some principle? give me a fucking break. Just b/c bands use digital recording doesn't mean they're any less passionate about what they do. You don't seem to understand that for real bands (i.e. not the invention of a corporation, a la Simple Plan) to even get to the point of getting a record contract or a distribution deal, you have to have already dedicated yourself to music full time.

Your inability to recognize a troll is indication enough.
