I'd be excited if more of those were Punk. And if the rest of them didn't ALREADY have acoustic tracks.

I'd like to see Tim ARmstrong do a track on this record either with Rancid ort his other solo band he has now....

also FATA would be cool on this again...they did good last time..and Thrice....will probably end up on there too i am am guessing

I wish they'd stop calling it "Punk goes...", seeing as how there hasn't been a punk band on any of those releases in like 5 years.

Say Anything is pretty badass idk if they are really punk though but whatever.

the Spill Canvas on a "...Goes Acoustic" CD? isn't that a little redundant?

I'm not very impressed.

at least their acoustic songs have more potential then the electric ones. This band has really gone downhill though. The new clips they've put up recently haven't been that great.

I think Simple Plan is the most punk band around.

The only punk band is Crass. And they aren't on this.

You guys do understand that the term "punk" is an umbrella just like the term "rock" right? Pop-Punk, Ska, Emo, Punk Rock, New Wave, Post-Punk, Hardcore; these are all "punk".

Ehh... These things never have been overwhelmingly filled with punk bands, but this line-up is great. I'm excited to hear Jack's and Say Anything...

No, no they aren't. Stop intruding upon our delusions of reality. Only Hardcore and Emo are punk from those you listed.
