I have always liked David Spade as well. I really don't understand why he gets so much shit. He's a funny dude who doesn't take himself too seriously. Like someone already said, I think he often gets overlooked due to the quantity of talented comedians that all came up around the same time (and a lot from the same place...SNL). He has a very witty and dry sense of humor, which often ends up overlooked when you work with some larger than life comedians like Chris Farley or a younger Adam Sandler.
