Cole wanted a pic of Bill kissing a puppy (which was oddly enough in my possession) so I tried to blackmail Bill by telling him that I would give it to her unless he changed my name to "your mom is tatexcore." Instead he changed my name to "yellowcardxcore" and Cole made a post welcoming our "newest member." I explained my 800-something post count by saying that Jason changed it for me because I'm such a super Yellowcard fan, etc etc etc. I even had a sig that said, "Jason Tate is god...after Yellowcard, of course."

None of this sounds funny now, but goddamnit, it sure was funny last night when I was knocking back the J.B.

Anyway, I hear you're a Yellowcard fan, Colin. :::raises eyebrows:::

Yeah, I bought their first CD when it came out, and honestly I liked it alot.

I actually still like the song "Something of Value"

I'm not the elitist some people make me out to be :::cough::: COLE :::cough:::

Jesus H. Christ! I like "Something of Value" too. And to be honest, I just put Ocean Avenue on again today to give it another chance...and...uh...I might have kinda maybe possibly liked it a little bit. At any rate, it's not as bad as I thought. It'll be good when I'm in the mood for something really poppy.

I gave Ocean Avenue a cursory listen, but didn't like what I heard.

Although "Only One" had a catchy chorus.

My real secret indulgence is Phil Collins. I had a babysitter for years who listened to his music, and it's imprinted on my brain.

sheeeeeeeeee's an eeeeeeeeeeeasy looooooover

Ahhhhhhhhh! My mom is Phil Collins' biggest fan! She has all these VHS tapes of his concerts and shit. I grew up with that stuff.

Phil Collins lives close to me...seen him walk around my old school to see if it was good enough for his kids when they are old enough to go...was wierd.

Server shouldn't be busy any more. We had it limited to 70 users before, now its bumped to 200 and we hope to get it up more.

Some posts were lost (ones posted between 11pm and 3am PST), but that was just because it took that long for forum.absolutepunk.net to point to the new server.
