Yeah... We just have one mid-sized pavillion in Cleveland that I'd love to see them at. Unless they co-headline with someone else (+44 would be sweet!), this will probably be a club tour.

For some reason, Sherwood's always reminded me of Limbeck. And Limbeck makes me think of Motion City Soundtrack sooo it all comes together!

aw fckyeah! those aren't that small, but that's tenhundredmillionx's better than ampitheater. also sounds like it will be a little easier on the pockets, as well. not like i'd mind paying to see mcs, i'm just way stoked about the smaller atmosphere.

Maybe in smaller cities, but in NY and Chicago it's going to be around the same capacities as last headlining tour which means around 2000
I don't even think we have a club that has 500-800 capacity here

its chicago... call me crazy but, I have a wierd feeling that theres a venue that size somewhere in one of the largest cities in the country... just a hunch.

Not that I know of. Plus they sold out a 2500 capacity venue, I don't think they are going to downgrade to a 800 person one.
Just to give you an idea- the metro is where most of the 'small' bands come to play and it's around 1000 cap. There's too many people in this city to have venues that small and make money.

Metro is 1100.. and then there's Beat Kitchen where the really smaller shows seem to go, unless they push into the burbs. You're right there's definitely a void in the 500-800 capacity clubs.. therefore, I'd be stoked if this tour hit Metro.

I do believe it is smaller club shows. Alot of bands seem to do that these days right around/before a new album comes out. Wasn't that Fall Out Boy/NFG tour in smaller clubs? Just because you can sell out huge clubs/arenas, doesn't mean that's the only venues you play.

Sherwood + MCS = FUN TIMES.
They played about 3 dates together in tiny towns in the midwest. My college was lucky enough to get that "tour". I love both of these bands. They were really decent dudes. Especially Sherwood because the douche bags at my college had no idea who they were.
