Do you think that by adding malone AND payton that they lakers will get another championship...

i thought it was pretty cheap a move for the both to go to LA...i hope they lose half their games...altho malone does deserve a ring, but not the way hes doin it now.

A. the lakers are going to need payton and malone because Kobe is going to be either in court or in jail most of the season

B. larry bird and the celtics rule...although, don't look for them in the championship next year, unless paul pierce goes insane and scores 40 points a game....

i think we may be able to smell a repeat. but i also think the mavs have a chance. and the timberwolves. maybe even the sixers now that the got robinson. the nets even have a chance.

i even think my cavs will make it to the playoffs next year (meaning 2004-2005 season) and if they add another good center they could this year.

INCREDIBLEY good team.
Garnett
Casell
Sprewell
Kandy man (olowankandi)
Now KG finally has the backup he deserves to at least get past the first round. Hes one of my favorite players. Just as long as they can hold it together and not fall apart (*cough* blazers *cough*)

Lakers... i dont really like em.. They are favored to win though. But Spurs Could pull through if their lucky. Mavs wont win it. Guarenteed. But you cant discount the Kings... they got jipped with webber getting injured.. Pheonix looks good too, with stoudamire developing but theyre not winning it. Nor the Rockets, although there my favorite team unless Yao gets stronger they dont have a chance.

you forgot szerbiack or however you spell it the white boy (im white too but still) so i think the 'wolves will make it deep into the playoffs this year, if not the championship. sorry but i think they should have gotten a better point guard. i mean cassel its a great point guard but he doesnt pass the ball that much, hes more of a clutch player. thats kinda how the whole team is, so they are going to fight over taking shots. none of those players they got will want to be just a role player behind garnett.

Just as long as they can hold it together and not fall apart (*cough* blazers *cough*) Portland put together a great team on paper last year, but Whitsitt (the GM who is now fired) didn't even think about how these people could work together. Maybe now that Whitsitt is gone Portland can get rid of Wallace. There's talk of a trade involving Wallace for Kenyon Martin and some other players, so I'm hoping that falls through.

We'll just see if Minnestoa has the same problem.

the reason why portland never goes far is cuz half their roster is made up with stoners.
