Its where you ask all guests to bring a bottle of liquor and a half gallon of fruit juice. You buy a new garbage can that has never been used. You mix the liquor and the fruit juice in the garbage can. The drinks flow all night! Its better than beer. Plus it saves the host money. Garbage cans hold the most, thats why we use them.
