The bottles are on the floor
lying empty just like me
I’ve locked every door
to the house, and thrown away the key
because today anything goes
it feels good to be fifteen
so lets open up our windows
we’ll sing our revolution song and they’ll hear us scream
another night
we’ll stay up late
but tonight we’re kings
so get it straight
the tv’s still on
but our eyes are closed
lets sleep on the lawn
because today, anything goes

first stanza has two of the most overused metaphors ever
and no one ones to listen to a song about someone being 15, because being 15 sucks

your lyric is ok...i find it a bit too simplistic and normal though. i really dont know what to say in depth about it because theres not much to it. and i really dont mean that in a harsh or mean way in the slightest. It does show some strengths tho...i liked the 3rd stanza the most.

woah, dude, i'm listening to the adolescents right now, so i don't know about that.
and it's pretty good, but it needs a little work, there's not enough mention of teen rebellion if it's gonna be about being 15, you make it seem as if staying up late is the most bad ass thing imagineable. but like i said, it's still pretty good

well it wasnt really about teenage rebellion it was just about having fun and shit. Well the first two lines are a reference to drinking so yea....but thanks man
