Well, I anticipated a good amount of people for MWC. When I arrived to the Century Lounge there were 15 kids. We are the Fury was playing, they're horrible. When Men Women and Children took the stage, there was maybe 40 kids. I felt really horrible that this bands minimal fanbase. But let me tell you MWC fucking rocked the house. They sounded very tight live and displayed great stage pressence. They seem like such a fun band if they played at another venue with actual people. I feel bad that their first date on their first headlining tour had 40 kids there. I'm curious on how long they''ll be on REPRISE for, cause the label still makes them drive around in a van. But it blows my mind on why MWC aren't the biggest thing.

I saw MW&C on halloween last year...the singer dressed as Tony Montana and the other guys wore white T's with clear plastic garbage bags over them. They were bags of coke. It was funny as shit. And they played really good too.

MWC is a good band that is overlooked, their music is catchy and their live performance is great, but to say that they should be the biggest thing is just absurd.

I need to find out what this band sounds like. I keep hearing the name sporatically throughout my day-to-day journey through life.

That's sad :-( They are in Cleveland next Friday. I'm not 100% sure if I'm going yet though. Hopefully they get a good turnout for the rest of the tour.

todd told me that the label supports everything they do. the kicker is that you can't find their cd anywhere in the store. i think they need to find someone else. great band.
