It is honestly the worst thing I've ever heard in my entire life. I know people say that a lot to get their point across on how bad it is, but I am confident and entirely truthful when I say that that is the most irritating song I've ever heard.

I recently got into Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly (from a video someone posted on here a couple weeks back) and he's really good. Then there's new Haste the Day, Relient K, Maximo Park. I would also recommend to anyone Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, The Pixies, The Smiths, The Cure, and The Black Keys, bands that were recommended to me by a friend...it's nice feeling like I'm not totally ignorant about older music.

Wilco - Sky Blue Sky: Their best work to date IMHO and a great album for the Spring: folksy, bluesy rock at its finest.
Miles Davis - Birth Of The Cool: If you can't enjoy this album you seriously need to re-think every choice you've ever made in life.
Sufjan Stevens - Seven Swans: Sure it was . . . Illinoise that gained him his notoriety and solidfied his place as an indie rock "icon" (if you will) but this album is simply lush and beautiful and is missing all of the overindulgent self-aggrandizement that tended to plague . . . Illinoise.
Student Rick - Soundtrack For A Generation: I dusted off this album earlier this week and gave it its first spin in some time. A damn good pop-punk record, but with a few extra touches to keep it from sounding too stale. It's a shame these guys didn't last long enough to create another offering.
Every Time I Die - Hot Damn!: Just put it on and rock the fuck out!

Edit: I just listened to Jason's fake recs and omg that Higher band is unbelievably bad! Jesus christ! Wow, and the guts they have to put this quote in the article "there's enough diversity on the album to please everyone from Jawbreaker to Justin Timberlake" oh really? Jawbreaker fans are going to like this? Wow, that activates my hilarity unit.
