ugh. i got a REALLy bad shin splint the other day and then i was taking advil for cramps and i kinda forgot about it and made it way worse a couple times and now it hurts like hell but im still excersizing like 4 hours a day (nooo joke) and its just getting worse .. oh lol sorry i got too involved in my pain ill listen to the band i promise
