why's he all by his lonesome through the recording (aside from the visit from justin)?

because the rest of the band went off to be in other bands and do other things, he was going to record this under another name but the label wanted it to be released as number one gun. As a result he is doing everything by himself.

Wow! Let me guess this is your way of an April Fool's Joke right? Deep Elm and Vagrant easily kill over 91.7 % of whats out there.

hahah right... easily kill?? in what terms? because in regards to sales, tooth and nail probably beat both, tooth and nail have many strong bands that many people love and support. Now if you are talking in terms of a roster, that comes down to opinion, and your welcoming to yours.

Celebrate Mistakes was/is a great album. It has great lasting value, for me personally. It's an album that I could listen to for an entire month and come back to it down the line and listen to it again and it wouldn't get old.

But I can't believe that T&N is doing this again with the whole band name deal. They did it to Eager Seas and made them release their album as Watashi Wa, even though it wasn't really Watashi Wa. Whatever I guess, T&N is still my favorite label out there right now.

I'm just glad Jeff is still making music.
