Eragon the movie

Wow i just rented the movie and it was horrible. I have never seen a book butchered so bad, i uderstand they need to make cuts to fit the time frame but this was rediculus. I dont know how they can even make the second one with huge pieces of the plot missing from the first.

I saw this in theaters because all of the other movies were sold out and i thought it was completely horrible. I wasn't aware that it was a book before, but this movie didn't convince me to read it. It felt like a 90 minute long movie trailer. There was barely any discernable plot or character development, and the acting was atrocious.

while watching this movie i died a little in side. the whole movie should have just been some dude lighting the book on fire.
i saw this in theaters and it hurt me that some1 actually liked this. the whole expeirience was topped off during the ending when they hint that they will make a sequel and some1 in the auduence says "Eragon 2!" it was at this point that i shot mountain dew through my nose
