Has the album sold up to your expectations? When you look at your "success" - is it what you were hoping for, or still not up to the level you were dreaming?
When can we expect a new album? The iTunes exclusives have been great, but what about a new full album?
Will there be any more Schyler Fisk collaborations in the future? What about working with Chris Holmes or Cary Brothers?
What's the deal with the Imogen Heap remix? There a story to it?
Where do you see your music fitting into the current landscape? It's not quite mainstream, not quite indie -- where would you put yourself?
How supportive has your record label been?
It seems bands (The Fray, Snow Patrol, etc.) have been getting their "breaks" from TV shows (Grey
s Anatomy) -- you were sort of the first (with the demo on Scrubs) in this new trend ... what are your thoughts on this?
Can you tell Zach Braff Jason Tate loves him?

Ask him if being on Scrubs/being freinds with Zach Braff has helped his career.

How did you meet Zach Braff?
How do you feel about your song appearing in both Scrubs and Grey's Anatomy?
Did you meet anyone from the cast of Scrubs besides Zach?
Why didn't you include The Fear You Won't Fall in your album?
Wich was the first song you ever wrote?
What kind of audience do you think you have?

On your album Wish you were here, a number of previously recorded songs were redone. Songs like Today took on a new much slower life.... was there any reason behind slowing these songs down?
As your fan base grows the demand for playing larger and less intimate venues will increase. How do you plan to address these issues?

Did the "My Screw Up" episode of Scrubs make you cry?
