its going to be a dvd/cd combo. the cd will have live/rare/cover songs. check out their myspace page. www.myspace.com/counterfit (http://www.myspace.com/counterfit). there is lots of information there. they all have new bands. i think justin is doing ok. he has a new band called silverbird.

Silverbird is quite good, actually for what they are.

Didn't the drummer leave counterfit to drum for Finch? I don't know what he's doing now that both of his bands have broken up....

Cool, thanks. Silverbird didn't excite me too much, but its good to see he's doing alright, i remember he was having pretty serious health problems back when the band broke up. I hope that lost song will be on the cd

yeh that dude went to finch. thats actually where ive seen counterfit, on tour with finch. he went with them right after that tour if im not mistaken. very undrerated band, i miss them a lot.

Yeah I remembered he went to finch, I saw that tour where he was drummer for both bands. And I don't know, I liked finch a lot, and still listen to them, but I don't think they're really underrated. I think they are just rated.

I was at their final show at Ground Zero in SD. That was some sad shit. Very fond memories of this band. Took my girlfriend to Santa Cruz to watch them play with Park and Over It ... sigh...

Wow I completely forgot about this band. I remember seeing them once in San Diego myself (I forget with who else) and was pretty impressed. I had no idea that others around the country knew about them.

Damn I miss that San Diego scene. Its crap now.

this is the best news i've heard in awhile. and i really enjoy the fact that they named it "the details of an undertaking" because that's one of my favorite songs by them. i miss them so much.
