So let's get this straight, his lawyers are disqualified because they refuse to sign a blank check to the DOJ which would compel them to follow a set of rules that don't exist. Then Hicks pleads guilty because he doesn't think he can make it through the trial. Then Hicks gets to go home and be in prison for 9 months and not talk to the media for a year, and has to refuse his prior claims that he was consistently tortured by soliders.
