doesnt have to be metal/hardcore/screamo to be heavy.

two things they're not. lol. "post-hardcore" (for lack of a better term) and yes, they're christian band members, but not everything they sing about is christian in nature.
i like tons of things. my profile's a good indication, i guess.
but i have over 27 gigs of music, so its definitely not a full representation.

Alkaline Trio, blink-182, All Time Low, New Found Glory, Something Corporate, The Get Up Kids. Although all those have already been stated. Oh man, one of the happiest moments of my life was when I saw All Time Low and at the very end of the show they played blink-182's "Dammit (Growing Up)."

Currently, I'd have to say that my favorite pop-punk band is The Copyrights. I downloaded their new album, "Make Sound", off of iTunes and its beyond freaking amazing.
Besides The Copyrights, my vote for favorite pop-punk bands would have to go to: Teenage Bottlerocket, The Lillingtons, The Mr. T Experience, The Ergs, The Leftovers, The Descendents, The Lawrence Arms, and MxPx. There are a lot more pop-punk bands that I like, but these ones seem to stay in rotation the most :)
The Mr. T Experience? weird name have to go check them out.

The Mr. T Experience? weird name have to go check them out.
Check them out ASAP then :) I advise you to start with songs from the older Mr. T Experience albums though. Stay away from any songs off of "Yesterday Rules" and "Alcatraz" until you get a chance to hear the older material.
Also, I can't believe that I mentioned The Ergs above but I forgot to mention The Unlovables (duh). They supposedly have a new album coming out tomorrow...which should be awesome...I'll just cross my fingers and hope I get it in the mail :)

Actually, I don't mind Will Ferrel. He's actually pretty funny sometimes. I'm just not sure if he is going to do Dr. Frank's book any justice when he adapts into a movie. Dr. Franks' humor seems a little more subtle than Will Ferrel's humor.
