i'm not a fan of the rear window, and the previews make it look as lame and cliche as it comes.
but, i'm a huge shia fan and i always like david morse, so i'll at least give it a try.

I was a fan of Rear Window. I remember seeing that for the first time when i was like 9 and loving it. And I think Shia is actually a good actor, (He was great in the Battle of Shaker Heights) so I'll probably see this. But not till after I see Grindhouse.

Shia LeBeoug, Carrie-Ann Moss, David Morse

I love Shia. I actually want to see this movie, then again, I give pretty much ever horror movie a chance. Now that Grindhouse is out of the way, I will probably check this one out.

He has done a good movie. A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints. Plus Robert Downing Jr. is phenomenal in it.

That movie is so bad it's unreal. I made it 45 minutes and shut that off. It hurt my soul. This movie looks interesting. New spin on Rear Window with Shia, David Morse, and some younger hottie? Count me in. Honestly, my favorite Shia movie is Holes. First thing I saw him in and favorite thing too.

I've been wanting to see that. It sounds like a great film and I'm glad to hear that it's getting a positive reaction.
I'm interested in seeing this film even though it does just look like an updated Rear Window. I actually like Shia LaBeouf though and I'd probably see this even if it didn't have the obvious Hitchcock influence(s).

eh, I really enjoyed it. The acting was top-notch. The story was a little weak but it was from a first time director/writer. You can't expect the best right off the bat.

i'm not big on movies that obviously rip off a former movie. like, the girl next door. outside of elisha cuthbert, that movie was so awful.

I forgot about that movie, good stuff, I'll have to see it again.

Saw this last night. A lot better then expected. Although it wasn't anything unique and came with its usual teen/horror cliches, Shia's strong acting and the chemistry between the actors made it enjoyable. Shia seems to have a great career ahead of him.

I found this to be fairly decent. I liked Shia, the girl was ridiculous hot, and his friend wasn't entirely annoying. I think I actually enjoyed the pre-psycho killer plot more than the actual plot that was the basis of the movie. But that was me.

i loved the movie while i was watching it and was geniunely suspended. the turning point when they were in the guy's house lost me and the ending wasn't anything great. all in all..it was pretty good but i really didn't think much of it after i left the actual movie.
It just really pisses me off in a way. This movie obviously ripped off rear window and was remade in away to appeal to adolescent audiences. Shia is no Jimmy Stewart and whoever that girl is will never ever be Grace Kelly and that director will never be Hitchcock.

But I thought it was realllly good. It's deffinatly on my list of good movies.
Hahaha i ended up calling Mark after the movie because theres a makeout scene in the movie and i wanted a makeout buddy.
