Click the tools drop-down menu in the top of the page and there is an option to edit your profile picture, and also one to edit your avatar if that's what you wanted too.

I'm not sure what you mean. Submit a play list to what? Show me an example of a submitted play list because I have no idea what you're talking about right now.

The only thing I can imagine that she's talking about as far as "playlists" go are how some people have their Last.fm recent plays in their sigs. But somehow I doubt that's what she really means. But other than that, I have no idea.

Yeah, I really don't know. It could be the mixtape thread, but like you said, its doubtful.
Aside from that, the only thing I can imagine is still the Last.fm plays.
