It looks like Twisted Metal meets Speed Racer.
Not that that's a bad thing. That's a major selling point for me.
Plus, Nathan Fillion and Amy Acker are in the show. As a Joss Whedon fan, I MUST tune in.

The only reason why i watched it was cause Nathan Fillion is in it. I was curisous as to why he is doing a show with Fox again. I thought it was alright, nothing that great though.

Fucking hell, I'm so mad about it being canceled. I don't know why everyone thinks this show is a piece of shit - I'm totally hooked on it. I just hope the remaining episodes get shown somehow.

Wellllllllllllllllllllllll this isnt a first for Nathan Fillion...i knew something weird was going down. why oh why did he decide to do this show with the network that screwed him over already, now it happened twice!? Thats a shame, the show seemed like it had potential to get even better.

and that's pretty weak that it got cancelled. Pretty much all media industries now are full of money grubbing pricks and can't let us enjoy a good show when it comes around (I'm looking at you whoever cancelled Black Donnellys)

i hated fox forever for doing that, and still won't give American Dad or War at Home a unbiased chance because of it, but I understand why they did it, it wasn't getting very good ratings, mostly for the fact that fox doesnt' know how to market a show that isn't animated or that doesn't rely on a laugh track to tell someone when they should laugh

i don't really rate american dad or war at home. i don't even really care much for family guy or the simpsons anymore. personally, i think they're just a shadow of the great cartoons they use to be with their witty humor and social commentary. they're just all about brainless comedy with has it's limits in my eyes anyway. all in all, down with fox.

I'm tired of hearing people blaming Arrested Development's downfall on it being a hard show to market. Guess what, if NBC can market the Office, there's no reason FOX couldn't have marketed Arrested Development. It wasn't that hard, they just never saw that show's potential to cross over to a bigger audience. I never saw an ad for Arrested Development the entire time it was on the air, I only heard of it through the internet.

I LOVED Drive!!!! It was the first show on prime time I have loved so much in a loooooong time! :( I was soooooo mad when I tunred on the TV at eight to find a re-run of House in it's place! I love Nathan Fillion (always glad to see him working from time to time), but I'm starting to think he's cursed. Seriously, let's look at his track record: Two Guys a Girl and a Pizza place (Was pulled not long after he became the leading lady's BF), Buffy (Was pulled close to the time he showed up as evil crazy preacher dude) Firefly (he had leading role was pulled before the first season could wrap up all the way), now Drive! When is the poor guy going to catch a break! I think he's a great actor somone needs to give him a real chance! *pouts* :(

*LOL* yeah, she was never my fave either. I loved Alex but oddly enough my fave was the dying father and his teenage daughter. I'm not sure why, I just really liked them and I was also looking forward to the romance they were hinting at between the teenage daughter and the younger of the two brothers in the low rider. Oh well *sigh*....

Tim Minear was a creator and executive producer of Drive...and an executive producer on Firefly. Double whammy for him as well as Fillion.
