Well it is a turn-off. I can hold a conversation when the conversation has substance/relevance/some interesting factor to keep me in the zone. If she's just talking to hear herself talk then thats a turnoff and a large one. I've run into plenty of girls who talk and talk about nothing and it's annoying and not attractive in the slightest.
