Cheating???

I've been frustrated about something today and I want to know your guys' input. Let me ask you guys something...

Let's say you are in school/college and you have been doing poorly in one particular class. You've been trying your best to study as much as possible and no matter how hard you try you are still not improving. However, you found out later that some of your colleagues/classmates have been handing out solutions for the upcoming quiz. Some of these colleagues are also my friends and some of them refused to help me with my situation. It's a little frustrating especially when your friends don't even bother to help you. What's even more frustrating is that you are work your ass off with nothing to show for it while others aren't breaking a sweat.

Wow...it was nice to get that off my chest. But still, what do you guys think?

a ton of people in my classes get their hands on old exams/papers from their sorority & fraternity houses. It sucks when you study all night and actually do the work and still bomb the exam. If i could get the answers, i'd use them.
