extremely violent Japanese political pulp fiction novel about a group of junior high school sutdents taken to a deserted island and forced to kill each other by government mandate. It stabs at ever social and political institution and form of social control...and contains more violence than Lord of the Flies.

The movie was so violent they banned it in this country.
