I bought "Everything Starts Where It Ends" randomly.
Haven't listened to it yet.
Am prepared for the worst because I never heard of the band before I bought the disc.
Anybody have anything to say?

i adore lovedrug. the records are okay. wonderful musicians but the mellow music after a while all starts to meld together. but live they are just phenomenal. amazing show. sweet people. hard working band. definately a good choice.

One of the best parts about Lovedrug in my opinion is their albums have a lot of musical variety, so it's hard to get bored with them. Acoustic, simple, crowd-pleasing songs like Spiders, creative sounds like in Salt of the Earth, more experimental and complex songs like Radiology and maybe Casino Clouds. It's good stuff.

Both albums the first time I listened to them I didn't immediately absorb how good they were. But I left the first one in my car for a loooong time after I got into them.

Don't see them live right now though they are touring with Plain White T's currently and they play 2nd out of 4 (before Boys Night Out, come on!) in front of a somewhat virgin crowd. It was the first time I saw them out of Ohio though too, so perhaps it is just local appeal I was enjoying. Catch them headlining if you're lucky (you might have to drive to Cleveland or Toledo)..

I've seen Lovedrug live once, but it didn't impress me at all, and I didn't like the one song I heard in my friend's car, so, not a huge fan. But yes, the cover art is pretty.

i really cannot stand this band.

i saw them about 3 years ago with eisley and they were horrible live.

Thought they're alright. Strata's good as well. Straylight Run is a bit disappointing nowadays...
