Say It Like You Mean It one of the best album in my opinion. only 1 album can top it which is take off your pants and jacket by Blink 182 other than that only Based on a True Story

I can't believe this is even a poll, is there really any question? "Tell All Your Friends" was just it... to compare TSL SILYMI, is just.... crazy
avengedtbs
04/18/07, 05:34 PM
its not really that crazy cause in the other poll when it was TAYF vs. TTTYG...SILYMI was brought up quite a bit

I think what it comes to is, a simple poll of Take this to your grave vs. Tell all your friends. Since Chroma got killed against TTTYG, and SILYMI held some water against TTTYG. What do you think?

I think that would be badass, because I never got to see the first version of TBS live, but I heard they are MUCH tighter musically now, if not as crazy.
Also, this poll is a joke to me, TAYF destroys TSL. Think of the far-reaching impact of TAYF vs the Starting Line. Even if you think TSL has influenced many bands, they are probably not playing the quality of music I want to hear vs. bands influenced by Taking Back Sunday.
TAYF.
absolutely no question about it.
Say It... is good, but TAYF is just...yeah...in my opinion at least...

roughest poll EVER. i seriously sat here and debated with myself for about 5 minutes. pulled up itunes. tried to logically figure out which one is better. i finally settled on silymi but even now i'm not so sure. they're both incredible.

This one easily goes out to TAYF. TBS was perfect on this album, which is sad because nothing has yet to compare to it. SILYMI, good album... I'm a bigger fan of Based on a True Story. Next poll, you should try seeing which does better, Louder Now or Based on a True Story... in my opinion, a lot tougher. As for this poll... Taking Back Sunday still stands on top.

Good idea with putting Based on a True Story against Louder Now. I don't know what would be more appropriate though, Based on a True Story vs. Louder Now or Based on a True Story vs. Where You Want to Be since they are both bands second releases.
