I live in an apartment building, and im really into the girl that lives on the floor below me. Shes literally just a staircase away.
The problem is just that, shes only a staircase away. And on top of that, hers and my mom are best friends.
Ive been into her since i moved here last year and shes been single for a while now, i just dont know how to let her know im into her without making things awkward. Even if someting were to happen, im not even sure it would be a good idea seeing as how we live 15 seconds from eachother.
anyone have opinions? thoughts? advice? Id appreciate it.

hahahaha. Im plenty man enough to run down there right now and tell her how i feel. Its just the whole "would it ever work? is it really worth risking the current friendship?" thing, seeing as how relationships need distance, and we'd really never have any.

is this a college campus apt? if so, then the semester is almost over so you might as well go for it. But if you hang out with her back at home and see her all the time, I wouldn't tell her just yet. See if she feels the same way, before you pour out your feelings.

I dunno man. Let's say you do the horizontal waltz and then things get serious. If you ever break up down the road and start seeing other people, things are gonna get awkward are shit. I hate these situations.

Never avoid going for a girl because of fear that "it won't work out", because that doesn't matter.
Well All I can say If you really want to try something with her go for it and if you don't go for her you will regret it in the future! trust me I've been there:-(:zap: her mom and my mom were Best friends, and I lost every opportunity and I um now regretting it.

they don't necessarily need distance. if you like her enough, go for it. you're lucky if something works out, you could hang out with her anytime you wanted to.

Yeah man, go for it. Don't attack her with the idea you really dig her, but ask her if she wants to go to the movies or something. Your mothers being friend can only help you out.

Just tell her how u feel about her and shee if she feels the same way back if she dont then u didnt at all ruin the friendship u have with her But then it would just be awkward hanging out with her from then on
