should i keep my friends

my two best friends met each other through me and have now become best friends. one doesn't know it but she has become distant, the other has become really annoying. she will only discuss thing with my other friend. and she has even been a horrible friend to everyone else. she tries so hard to be cool now and forgot her "no poser" rule. what should i do???

don't overanalyze the situation. Be friends with those you enjoy spending your time with and feel comfortable. This happens to everyone in middle/high school. You'll make new friends.
