Wow, what an amazing show. Anti Flag played a sold out show at Mr Smalls in Pittsburgh last night, and it was amazing. The crowds energy was amazingly intense from Set your Goals until Anti Flag. I get there and set your goals is about 2 songs into there set,my favorite was the operation ivy cover "jaded" that sent the crowd into a frenzy. They played an overall good set with high energy. I was very suprised to see that they had two lead singers, it was very interesting. To be Continued was played last and it was great. After a 15 minute wait, next up was Big D and the Kids Table. No offence to Set Your Goals, but these guys opened the crowd up completly. They played a high energy set. The lead singer David made a comment that was, "ive never seen kids so unsure whether then should dance or not", this sent this crowd into a frenzy once again, it was amazing. My favorite tracks of there set were "Noise Complaint" and "Strictly Rude", though i was hoping theyd play "Taking Back The Rythm" or "Your Lost, Your Crazy". I then left for Alexisonfire, since im not into them at all. From what i saw the whole place was hardcore dancing, so i went into the hallway. Kids came out with bloody noses etc, but it looked like everyone was having a great time. I did see the song "Accidents" though. At one point in the set the lead singer took of his shirt and someone in the crowd yelled "Chest Hair", haha, but the lead singer proceeded to tell everyone that he was what a real man looked like and if the girls were turned off by it then they "werent his type anyway". Finally after a long wait we were treated to the delight that is anti flag. They had a great backdrop which consisted of the gunstar and two graffiti looking banners. They opened with War Sucks, Lets Party and went straight into Underground Network, followed by "Id Tell You But...". It was great. There were huge circle pits throughout most of the set. They played old tracks such as "A New Kind Of Army", which i was very excited to hear and "Drink Drank Punk" which was amazing. They closed with Cities Burn. And told us we had to be the loudest city in America on the "Woooohhohhh" part of the song. They treated us to an Encore of "Die For Your Goverment" and "The Press Corpse". It was an overall great show with a great crowd, the energy was overwhelmingly possible and i had a great time. This is an amazing tour and its sad to see it end. I will be going tonight to see the final night of the tour at smalls.
