this got published in a book. i don't know how. i didnt' submit it. i dont know who did. but i guess someone thought it was good and put it in a book.

“Best Friend”

All the heart break happening today.
It all just makes me want to runaway.
All the pressure, and all the stress.
Why do we all end up in this mess?
I can’t stand living this way.
It’s gotta change, how about today?
We all just want someone by our side.
All these feelings they’re on the inside.
Just trying to make their way out.
Now I know without a doubt.
You gotta know right now, in the end.
All I want you to be is my best friend.
I just want someone to count the stars with at night.
Someone to tell me everything’s gonna be alright.
She’d hold my hand in the dark.
On the weekends we’d hang out in the park.
All I want, is a girl to be there for me.
I want a perfect ending, just like a movie.
We’ll have the best time together.
We can be best friends forever.
