Manchester was great, nothing new to say thathasnt been said it other setlist threads, Jesse was out for half the set and Kevin Devine played guitar for most of it. Kevin Devine threw in a Bob Dylan Cover into his set andHolland 1945. But the story of the night was Brand New. The best show I've seen in years. Even if you don't like Brand New just go for the last song, it is crazy.

Now I read the setlist forum lately and have seen they have been closing with Bangkok and was really dissapointed because I thought it would be a terrible song to end with, but this was hands down the best performance I have ever seen. It just went on for 10 minutes. Guys absolutely pounding on drumsets it was crazy. I hope somebody caught it on video because it was a sight to see.

I also saw Jesse do a solo acoustic set earlier in the day

brand new really put on an awesome performance tonight. im so happy i decided to go.
i had no idea of an instore. i sat home all day waiting for the show when i could of went to the acoustic show. damn.

im stoked i got one of the 10 posters tonight. great show by the way also, Bangkok blew me away and i heard a girl say she got it on video also.

ive been waiting to see this. looks like theyr eplaced me vs. maradonna...with shower scene.

god only knows what they'll play tommorow. maybe they dont even know. maybe they just go with it.

who knows. at any rate, tommorow will own .

This show was incredible. The Welcome to Bangkok ending was just absolutely nuts. I was pretty impressed with the set list, they left out some of my favorites but it was still an off the wall show. Manchester Orchestra and Kevin Devine were awesome as well. I can't wait for the Providence and Hartford shows.

I wish i had known about the instore, I would have walked over there. I wasn't planning on going to this show since it sold out so quickly and I couldn't get a ticket. But I live literally 2 minutes from Avalon so I walked over at 3pm to find a ton of kids already in line, so I bough a ticket for $40. It was SO worth it.

I agree with post people about "Welcome To Bangkok". I was very disappointed when I head they were closing with it, but it really is absolutely incredible live with everyone on stage jamming out.

Yeah, I emailed the college about that. They have some sort of curfew in Millersville where anyone under 18 has to be with an adult/guardian after 10 pm on weekdays. I don't really think it was really related to Kevin not playing, but in the reply they said that "changes were made to the show to make sure it will be over by 10 pm." Previously, on my tickets, it just said that anyone 17 and under would have to be accompanied by an adult after 10 pm.

yeahh. lancaster has a pretty lame curfew.
but i cant wait for the show tomorrow.

i hope they mix up the set.

i mean, it looks good. but, i liked how they had something new every night.
