We have a guy w/a great punk/emo voice, kinda sounds like Ace from early November, and I play guitar, if we were to have a 2nd guitarist I'd prefer to play rythem w/the other on lead. Our singer can play and sing too but we'd rather not have him attatched to a guitar the whole time. so drummer and basist for sure.
