In highschool, my friend said that his parents were getting a divorce and that he wasn't going to be in class for the last month because of it. Our teacher told him that it was fine and that he should take it easy and not pile up anymore stress. Our teacher failed him though, hahahahaha .

Well, you're obviously better off without her as a friend. But to get even you should tell everyone she really is sick, no lie. With AIDS. It's only fair.

The same thing happened a few years ago, but the person pretended they had cancer. No one really said anything because the person had planned it for a while. Every few days she sadly said, "I have to go take a test ..." so it seemed believable to everyone, I guess. And then finally she told a couple people she had cancer and word got around to everyone. After a week she said she was kidding. I was pretty pissed though, even though I wasn't that close to this person.
I'd suggest you get away from that girl immediately.
