i'd love to see a brand new and mewithoutyou tour.

I thought tonight's show felt a lot shorter than last night's, but still AMAZING

I loved how brand new and manchester seemed like such close friends.

Major downer of the night was def the drunk college kids who couldn't care less about brand new and just wanted to push into people.

as soon as i was walking from my car to the line (which was absolutely fucking ridiculous) i noticed all the "bro's". i didnt think there would be that many, but damn was i wrong. and yea, jesse seemed to be having fun with manchester, which was nice to see.

wow, brand new setlists get posted so fast. i think the next one will be posted even before its played...

actually...somebody try that. get a look at the setlist on stage with a camera phone and send it to a friend and have them post it...or use a sidekick.. just try and post the setlist here before the first song is over! HA!

oh and i wish i caught this tour...missed out on a great show

i agree on the bros, i was sitting in the left side bleachers with my girlfriend when this bro with the popped collar desided to get on the bleachers and stand. everyone on the left front side standed then.

i know they were taking recording devices and cameras, but does anyone have bootlegs/pictures of the show?

the end of 'bangkok', there was like a 3 minute drum solo where they stripped the drums down til he only had the snare to play, then carried the drums from the stage up the steps to the indoor track without him stopping on the snare. then they reformed the rest of the set and he continued playing.

it ruled. if u could understand that. lol

then at the very end, both bands took a bow from the track

it was great

I'm glad we got there when we did, or else I would have missed their set as well. I think I only missed 1 or 2 songs though.

Kids there were lame, we pretty much stood in the back the entire time.

me too. i got there like, 25 minutes before the show was supposed to start, thinking that theyd actually open doors at 6:30 like they said they would. i ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes. did manchester only play for 20 minutes?? i heard them playing "..breathe" from outside, but by the time i got in the were pretty much done.

this was my first brand new concert and oh my gosh they were amazing.
manchester orchestra was awesome too.
i was so worried that i wouldn't be able to get in because i wasn't 18 so I had to find someone over 25 to chaparone me and about 8 of my friends. haha it was quite an adventure.

luckily we were in the very front of the line so we got to see the whole show and were pretty much in the front row. haha i only lasted in the front through "Okay I Belive You, But My Tommy Gun Don't" though and me and a few of my girlfriends had to be lifted out because it was so crammed and hot, and people were pushing and it was kinda scary. haha but i definitely enjoyed the concert much more once we stood in the bleachers. oh my gosh and when jesse and the guy from machester orchestra sang together (without the mics) i just about died.

i am in love with brand new.

I'm really upset I'm going to miss this show in Providence. That's what I thought was going to happen as well. I was thinking more along the lines of an hour long set. Brand New's set wasn't even that long either.

btw, I see you go to PSU. Are you at a branch campus or main?

im at a branch - Penn State Harrisburg. I just think main campus is too big for me (for now at least). Also, if i went to main i wouldnt be able to get my double major. Plus, i also enjoy playing soccer, so i play for my school cause id never make the team at university park.

Awesome. I'm going to Penn State Altoona for my first two years to play tennis, then I think I'll transfer up to main. I'm with you on the sports, I could never play for a D-1 school. What's your major?

This is very true. Before I considered Marketing, I had an interesting in Accounting. I just don't like the idea of crunching numbers all day so I don't think I could do that for the rest of my life.

im about an hour and a half away (with no traffic) but we don't have a bus system. but im pretty sure its worth the drive up once you get there. theres pretty much something to do all the time, which is nice. unlike here in harrisburg where you can look at planes coming into the airport or look at 3 mile island and wonder if it's going to blow up sometime soon... oh well.

right now, im going for security and risk analysis, but im already thinking of switching to undecided.
b/c i want to do that or something with computers, but also sound recording/engineering or become a printmaster. and mayyyyyybeeee photography, but id be super super poor for like 5-10 years if i did that, and i dont really feel like living in a shit hole forever.

That sounds like a good idea, I was actually thinking about switching to undecided also. I'd rather take all of my gen. ed. classes first anyway.
Photography would be a fun career, but you're right, the money wouldn't come until later.
