not 100%.......he needs to be watched, control and denyed certain freedoms for most likely the rest of his life (much like prhobation).........the government really doesn't have a right to keep a person in prison passed there sentance, unless they can prove 100% that this person will act again.......so either the laws need to carry stricter sentances or we need to figure out some way of allowing them some freedom while still watching out for the well being of the other citizens.......
