My mom likes half of my music. She LOVES green day, but is scared of AFI. She likes the boys of summer cover, but doesn't think its as good as the original (i hate when parents do that). Every time a cd is gone, i know that she took it.

That made me laugh. Yea, dookie and insomniac were my first 2 cds (i was a little sheltered before then) and they were pretty mad the first time. The first stepping stone for her was minority from warning, then the whole cd, then the rest of their cds. Basketcase is her fave.
