I wish I lived in West Virginia… because it is way cheaper than living where I live. But so are most places. We didn’t play in WV today, just drove through it. Then I depressed myself, as I do once every few months, by looking at how much houses cost outside of Orange County. Anyway, the tour has been going good and we played in Towson, MD tonight at the Recher(sp?) Theatre. We have never played there before and it was great. Tomorrow is our acoustic set thingy at Bamboozle, and Sunday is our real set.

I wan’t to thank everyone who has come out to these shows, especially our new friend Tiago who apparently flew 10 hours from Brazil, and then took a bus for 10 more hours to see us play in Atlanta. What a trooper. He has put us all to shame. See some of you tomorrow.

Ha, awesome, I was right there after the show looking for a pick on the ground in front of the stage (found one) and this Brazilian kid says to the stage guy with the most desperate look on his face and cd for autographs in hand, "please, I come from Brazil to see this concert.." and this big stage guy comes out and says "you, come up here" and took him back, I felt so happy for that kid.

OC is ridiculously expensive. All of SoCal is now... even Riverside county (we were paying $950 for a studio loft in Murrieta!).

And that's why WV or SC is where we're moving in July.

Anywho... can't wait to see them again, such a great band.

We're paying $1360 in Fullerton for 2BR/2BATH.

In contrast, my brother in Ohio pays $590 for a 4BR, 3BATH house with 14 acres.

I live in WV! It's so much cheaper here than most places, on average people here pay maybe $400 for a one bedroom apt and that's in a college town next to the school (Marshall University). I remember talking to Dustin about how he vacations in Sheperdstown, WV to fish, haha.
