even though I cherise the older work of Alexisonfire, without Dallas, I doubt they'd be as amazing.

I love that record.

yea it's a goodie alright mate. one of very few sort of 'ska/punk' albums i actually enjoy. the remake (although i know why they did it) sounds awful i recon haha

Emery has sweet back up vocals

Unless you're refering to the screamer live (he doesn't do the album screaming, Toby and Devin do) they have two lead vocalists. Devin has the songs where he does the lead (Playing With Fire) and Toby has songs where he does the lead (Walls), but they're both leads.

He sounds like Pete Wentz...I don't think he's amazing but he adds something that Pat doesn't offer.

Gotta love how the vocalist for The Black Dahlia Murder does dual vocal parts, he is his own backup of sorts. I have some appreciation for that, it must be hard to do.
