I'm not as retarded as you may think from the title...
My computer is a piece of shit, and when I uninstall things, it never actaully deletes anything. It always leaves traces of programs behind, eating HD space. I have Napster pieces still on my computer, and I can't get rid of morpheus or kazaa or medal of honor.. or rugrats or any other game I have.
Apparently I go into regedit and do stuff to manually delete things, but what exactly do I do? Any help is mucho appreciated.
start menu/search/filesorfolders
then type in the file names
editing your registry will have little to no effect on your HD space. first run the uninstall executables that came with the programs, and then manually delete the folders once that's done. the uninstall programs should get rid of the registry keys for you, and if you edit anything else you've got the chance of screwing up your OS and it not loading anymore. as kevin said just delete the folders, but i suggest doing that after you run any uninstall programs (if it doesn't have an uninstall, you can use the add/remove programs from your control panel)

I have every program I've ever installed show up on that list and it tells me somethings missing and I can't delete them.
then its possible that you already deleted those folders? i know its weird but if you delete certain files then you can't uninstall it correctly. if that's the only place you see them then it shouldn't effect your computer that much. however, if the folders are there remove them. its not a big deal if the registry keys are left over, if they point to nothing they will be ignored and waste about .0000000000000001 of cpu time. you could always get a program like norton systemworks and i believe that has a registry cleaner in it that deletes registry entries that are null.

I have a question, when you delete a file from Kazaa, because it doesn't go to the Recycle Bin, does it actually fully delete it?

Kazaa doesn't leave a record. Just purge searches and you are fine.
