i'm one of those kids with super-fast metabolisms, so everything i eat immediately turns to shit. i've tried a bunch of diet plans and shit to gain weight, but nothing works. anyone ever had luck gaining weight? i'm asking this only to the people who wanted to gain weight (fat people, please don't respond). please help, i need to gain weight so i can kick ass and get laid.

my friend had that problem. she was like 92 pounds. it was sick. she started taking some special pills and that helped her out a lot. you should ask your doctor about it.
dude to tell you the truth ive done everything even weight gainer and it doesnt work so seriously i would reccomend beer in the well month that ive been 21 ive gained 7 pounds so yeah that is pretty much ur only hope

Hahahaha...on a more serious note though you need to eat like 6 meals a day. Buy the whey protein shakes from GNC and use those as meals (Drink one in between meals.) You gotta lift too.

a couple of people have already said it, but eat a big meal with a lot of protein every 3 hours and work out.

eat all the time. like all the time. own your metabolism. eat lots of carbohydrates
just dont do it too much or youll end of a bucket of lard

gaining weight eh? simply eat......ALOT.
i mean like 7 meals a day. just fucking constantly pig out. it will do the trick.

Like Cal said....eat high protein, low carbs, and lift weights. Heavy weights and low reps builds muscle bulk, like big huge fuckin arms and stuff...but lower weight, more reps builds strength.
