Rain Wilson was funny. Some of his skits were lame, but it's not any of the hosts fault (generally).

Wilson's SNL Digital Short was classic too. Can't wait to see what Braff (and the writers) do with their digital short.

I also love the fact that the Green Lantern Corps are essentially Space Police that cover the entire universe. Unlimited possibilities, near endless character pool to draw from.

But I love Superman because he's basically Jesus.

The last trio was only shitty because they attempted to execute the pieces in a certain fashion, the whole slow descent into alcoholism theme. The concept is still kind of funny, but the way they wrote it last time was stupid.

I've seen bits and pieces from previous episodes, but I haven't sat down to watch the whole thing yet this season. I just haven't enjoyed what I've seen so far.

It wasn't a bad episode, but Braff didn't contribute anything additional to it. He was basically just another cast member.

I don't remember all of the sketches but here is what I thought:
Intro Bush speech: poor, still isn't a good Pres. Bush, and even the appearance of Hammond as Cheney won't save those sketches
Digital Short: moderately funny portions, but overall not that entertaining
Prom committee: great
Beer drinkers: relatively good
Deep House Dish: Kenan still sucks, same goes for the whole sketch concept
Weekend Update: average
Vinnie Vedecci: still a good concept, but the sketch didn't play out that well this time
Bronx Beat: still not funny
Braff & Secretary: mediocore

I was so bummed by this episode. Just wasnt that funny...

I hate when SNL has its hosts portray themselves in more than one sketch. Like they did with Matthew Fox... So lame. That sketch with him wasnt bad but the ZB ones were lllame.

The digital short idea was so bad too. What happened?
