Gears will be good. Cliffy B is a producer on it (Or at least working on board the project). Postal will be so over the top that I think it will be funny. And you forgot Hitman, which Timothy Olyphant has signed on to play Agent 47.

EDIT: Actually, Silent Hill 2 could be good. I enjoyed the first one, it was just a little slow and a little too long.

I have a feeling they will turn Half-Life into a Posiden Adventure-like journey with a large cast of characters trying to reach the surface of the facility. That's just my hunch on it.
