i went with arrested development. even though it only lasted 3 seasons its one of the most genius sitcoms ever made. southpark would of been my second pick followed by freaks and geeks. but i have to say i dont think i've ever been into a show as much as i am into heroes. and i'm not saying this show is better than any of the other shows mentioned but i hope nbc plays the rest of the episodes of studio 60 that were filmed this summer. seriously that show was underrated

thats too hard. the simpsons is literally the funniest tv show ever made. when it was at its prime it was hilarious, now its gone down hill a bit. then south park is just awesome and actually very clever in what they chose to make fun of and how they do it. family guy seasons 1 to 3 were great but now its just a glorified sketch show with no substance or storyline. arrested development is one of the best american sitcoms ever, the characters in it are just sublime. same with curb your enthusiasm, larry david is hilarious, that show makes me laugh out loud for hours. and then who doesn't love scrubs? lost is possibly the best drama ever made. i'm actually addicted to it. this weeks episode was great! its a very difficult choice

Lost, all the way. actually, it was a close call between Lost, and the Simpsons.
and why is the Sopranos not on there? great show.

I like about all these shows, but Im not sure why Scrubs seems to be in the lead. good show and all; funny, but definatley not the best one there.
